Efficient service and effective communication sums up my experience! Details below.

Initially I had one of the larger companies in DFW out to perform a yearly tune up. Well, I had received a quote for approximately $4000 worth of repairs on my two, 2-ton Carriers. Nowadays, you almost have to get a second quote just because so many companies are either bidding so high because they don’t want the work or because they are just so overpriced. So after telling this company I wasn’t interested in all this service, I searched around and was referred to Richard and team by a family friend. And what a great referral it was!

A few days after reaching out, a tech arrived at my house. I showed him where the indoor and outdoor units were and let him get to work. Within an hour, he was able to inspect and service my units. It turns out both of the units were low on Freon and some of ducts were sagging. A couple hundred dollars and two months later and we’ve made it through summer without sweating one bit inside the house. I’m thankful to have found a company I can trust. Now if I could just find a good electrician & plumber😄

Richard Neely is the owner of System Control. You could not have a more professional, kind, and honest person. We received a troubling inspection report about our HVAC system. Richard checked the system, crawled under our entire house (which the inspectors did not) and took pictures of every area and explained the problems. Then, Richard worked up two different solutions to solve the problems that we had. One solution included fixing the broken system entirely, piece by piece. Not including the other repairs that we had to do, this first option would have cost $2500. His second solution was to create a new HVAC system in the attic - one that would be far more efficient. This second option cost around $1000. Big difference. Then, when we needed to make the fix quickly in order to fulfill the terms of our contract, Richard came out over the weekend to do it. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Worth every penny.

I live in Forney and I called into System Control INC just after 5:00pm when they had closed for the day and left a message, by 6:00pm I had received a call and set an appointment for 11:00am the next day. At 11:15am I get a call from Oscar the HVAC engineer who told me that he is just around the corner and will be with me shortly, 5 minutes later he arrived and immediately listened to what I had to say, which is not always normal nowadays. He checked out both of our HVAC units and furnaces and found the issues. He serviced both units and cleaned them, checked pressures etc and kept me informed of what he was doing and what he found. after 90 minutes he was finished and came in to check we were satisfied. We were more than satisfied especially when he presented the bill. our service for both units and to rectify faults came to $180. Well worth the money and I would highly recommend Oscar and System Control INC for any future HVAC work for us or our neighbors.

This is a first-rate, ethical company. Their guys came out to evaluate my AC system. They came out when they said they would and treated us with the utmost courtesy. I know nothing about this stuff (heating and AC) . They could have easily said that I needed work that I didn’t and I would not have even known the difference. Instead, they recommended continued regular maintenance and made adjustments on air flow to a couple of rooms that I thought needed better flow. Fair prices with a very pleasant serviceman. My interaction was exemplary. I highly, highly recommend this company.
